KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS 4438

The Knights of Columbus, Council 4438, in Our Lady of Lourdes parish, was chartered on June 18, 1957, with 47 new Knights from the parish and a complement of 61 transferred or reinstated Knights from the Crescenta Valley Council. Charter Grand Knight of Council 4438 was the late Jean Bourque.

In the intervening years, Council 4438 grew through the leadership of many dynamic leaders, Past Grand Knights, who initiated involvement by the Knights in twice yearly dinner dances, a bowling league, pancake breakfasts, Fifth Sunday breakfasts, Lenten Fish Fries and weekly then twice weekly bingo, to mention but a few.                                                                                   GuideStar Not-For-Profit rating
